Overview: The V69XM is a transformer-coupled version of the V69/V69ME, with additional circuitry changes. Both mics are fixed-cardioid, large-diaphragm condenser mics based on a 12AT7 tube amplifier. The capsule is a large-diaphragm, center-terminated design. The outside diameter is 32mm. The diaphragm measures 25mm in diameter, and is made of 6-micron Mylar.
The mic was released in 2009.
